They were all very friendly and super easy to work with and have a great app that just makes everything smooth and takes off a little stress from an already painful process of buying a house. Had a lender that waited til a day before the scheduled close date say that couldn't approve the loan and Taylor and team came to the rescue! They got me approved at a lower rate and were able to get me my first house as well as the same house i thought i had lost! 5 stars alone just isn’t enough for these folks! I have been working with Taylor for over a year now with two pre approval processes (due to a mid way job switch) but he never gave up helping me. There were moments where numbers had to be ran quickly, or interest rates were changing rapidly over the period of one day and this was all handled with finesse.
